In recognition of National Wear Red Day and American Heart Month, Health Care Partners of South Carolina (HCPSC) raised awareness about heart disease in women, the leading cause of death nationwide.Across our locations in Conway, Marion, Johnsonville, Brittons Neck, and Singleton Ridge, providers and staff wore red while educating patients on cardiovascular disease prevention, heart health screenings, and chronic disease management. Throughout the week, our primary care teams emphasized:
Blood pressure screenings
Diabetes and hypertension management
Cholesterol monitoring
Nutrition and lifestyle counseling
Preventive wellness visits
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving rural and medically underserved communities in South Carolina, HCPSC is committed to expanding access to preventive care, heart health education, and chronic disease prevention services.
At Health Care Partners of South Carolina, protecting your heart health is a priority — during American Heart Month and all year long.
