“For Sale” Sign Signals Growth: Health Care Partners of South Carolina Is Expanding and Remains Open for Patients
Patients will continue to be seen at the current Conway location without interruption
CONWAY, S.C. — Health Care Partners of South Carolina (HCPSC) is expanding to better serve Horry County and surrounding communities. Construction is underway on a new, larger campus on 4th Avenue, the largest investment in HCPSC’s 47-year history. The new 55,000-square-foot facility will bring all nine of HCPSC’s services together under one roof, with a grand opening targeted for fall 2027.
Community members may notice a “For Sale” sign outside HCPSC’s current facility at 1608 N. Main St., Conway. Kingston Properties is handling the sale of the building. This is a real estate transaction and will not change patient care. HCPSC remains open for business and will continue seeing patients at this location without interruption for as long as HCPSC is here. Appointments, services, and care teams will not change during construction.
“For 47 years, our patients have trusted us with their health, and this new home is our way of investing in them,” said Santina Mayo, CEO. “That sign is a sign of growth, not an ending. Our care will stay the same. Only the space will grow.”
HCPSC is accepting new patients, and most insurance plans are accepted, to include but not limited to BCBS, United Health Care, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans, SC Medicaid, and all SC Medicaid Managed Care Plans.
