Meet Jennifer: Your New Family Nurse Practitioner in Conway
At Health Care Partners of South Carolina, we believe in delivering Health with Heart. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Jennifer, a Family Nurse Practitioner now seeing patients of all ages at our Conway location.
Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Rivier University. She especially enjoys working with young adults, helping them build confidence as they take charge of their healthcare journey.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and relaxing at the beach. She lives in Conway with her husband, son, and their sweet canine companion, Magnolia Rose.
