Health Care Partners of South Carolina is proud to announce that Katina M. Richmond, PharmD, has been promoted to Director of Pharmacy.
Dr. Richmond brings more than 20 years of experience in pharmacy operations, clinical services, and healthcare leadership. Since joining Health Care Partners in 2023, she has led key initiatives including the expansion of Medicare Annual Wellness services, DSMES accreditation, and the growth of our Chronic Care Management program.
Prior to joining our organization, Dr. Richmond served in Director of Pharmacy roles and held extensive leadership positions in both specialty and retail pharmacy settings, building high-performing teams and enhancing patient-centered care.
She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Emory University. Dr. Richmond has been recognized as Clinical Pharmacist of the Year and was inducted into the National Association of Professional Women’s VIP Circle.
