Our story began in 1979 in the heart of South Carolina. It was a time when access to quality healthcare was limited for many in our region. Since then, we’ve been dedicated to serving as a medical home for the residents of Horry, Marion, and Florence counties. Our commitment to providing quality healthcare has never wavered. We are here to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their socioeconomic or ethnic background, reach their highest potential.

FTCA Deemed Organization
This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C 233(g)-(n). Therefore, Health Care Partners of South Carolina, Inc. is granted medical malpractice liability protection through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), and are considered Federal employees with the Federal government acting as their primary insurer.
